Miniature and Pen Turning Tools
Small turning requires smaller tools. The Ashley Iles range of miniature tools are made to the same quality and finish as their full size tools, but are smaller, so you get great maneuverability when you're working on tiny details. You will find, however, that the Ashley Iles reputation for heft is carried on in miniature. These are the heaviest miniature tools we know of and will give good solid action on any lathe. Blade lengths are around 4" long with proportional length beech handles.
