We're a company created by and for woodworkers. We understand the
merchandise we sell. We treat our customers with respect-just the

We Guarantee Everything We Sell
- If you order anything and are dissatisfied with it for any reason you can return it
for a refund for up to six months after your purchase. Exceptions apply.
- Free Returns If you live in the continental US please call or email us and we will
send you a pre-paid return label with instructions on how to proceed
with the return.
- For international customers we are happy to take
items back but we are unable to refund return postage unless
the product is defective or there was an error on our side.
- While we understand that you may have used the items a bit before deciding to return them we reserve the right to refuse a refund in the event the items were abused.
- Festool items can be unconditionally returned for up to 30 days after purchase.
All Festool tools are covered by a three year manufacturer's warranty.
- Workwear (Geier gloves, Occidental Leather, Blaklader, Etc.) must be returned within 30 days to qualify for a refund.
Workwear that is deemed to have expended its functional life may be exempted from any return regardless of timing.
Workwear qualifies for free return shipping just once. Thereafter customers may return eligible products but at their own shipping cost.
- Consumable products (glue,shellac, dye, finishing materials, etc) are not returnable if opened or used.
We encourage people to open packages with care and to pack all returns carefully to avoid damage in transit.
