The CT 48 E HEPA AC combines the best of the giant CT 48 - Festool's largest, most powerful dust extractors, suitable for the toughest, filthiest jobs -- with Festool’s Autoclean (AC) feature, an automatic main filter cleaning that ensures continuously high suction power, previously available only in the CT 36 AC.
The CT 48 AC has a huge container capacity of 48L (12.7 gal.) and 137 CFM volume flow. Since the vac is outfitted with both a HEPA filter and the automatic filter cleaning, it's perfect for big dust generating tasks and for OSHA Table 1 silica dust generating work.
