Festool’s line of thinner-kerf blades for the TSC55 K, TS55F, and HKC are made from high quality steel with saw teeth made from fine grain carbide. Lightweight and nimble, the blades cut quickly and are extremely durable. The tooth geometries (tooth shape, chip angle and relief angle) are specialized for different materials.

Diameter of the blade: 6.29” (160 mm). Cutting width: 0.070" (1.8mm). Standard blade thickness: 0.05" (1.2mm). Hole diameter: 4/5" (20mm).

Choice of the following blades:

  • Fine Cut 42-Tooth Saw Blade (205561) for veneered and coated panels, solid wood, MDF (the blade that comes with the TSC 55K)
  • Universal Wood 28-Tooth Saw Blade (205560)
  • Laminate 52-Tooth Saw Blade (205562)
  • 52-Tooth Saw Blade (205563) for Aluminium and Plastics
  • Panther Ripping 12-Tooth Saw Blade (205561)
  • Abrasive Materials Diamond 4-Tooth Saw Blade (205564) for cement-bonded and gypsum bonded chipboard and fibreboard

    • Note: These blades were introduced for the cordless anti-kickback TSC KEB in 2021 and are also the blades for the corded TS55F saws introduced in 2022. These thinner blades do not fit earlier versions of these saws. Please use code FS-TS55AA for these thicker blades.
