“Bridled” means constrained - we more typically think of “unbridled” ambition or “unbridled” passion - and the bridling of the bristles serves two functions in the brush. The bridled bristles give you a stiffer, more controlled brush. You can also cut the tips of the bristles when they are worn down and clip the wire, effectively getting a “new” brush to use.

The brush has a round handle with hog bristles set in epoxy (giving it resistance to solvents) with a seamless steel ferrule. It’s ideal for glue or for use as a stencil brush. Because it’s so substantial, you can also use it for solder and other heavy materials, especially in hard-to-reach areas.

Choice of seven sizes to tackle a wide range of tasks. Made in Germany.
