Carving Tools by Two Cherries

Two Cherries carving tools continue to be crafted much as they were decades ago, still produced with great skill and the finest steel care in Remscheid, Germany. We offer a selection of carving tools in a range of shapes, sweeps and sizes to address your carving projects.

The full-size tools typically measure 9.5 - 11” in overall length with a straight shank Each is fitted with a properly sized octagonal wooden handle.

Note: Continental European sweep numbers are usually one sweep greater than the equivalent English sweep. This means, for example, that the Two Cherries #5 sweep gouge would find its equivalent in a #4 sweep Ashley Iles. The chisels are measured in mm with an approximate Imperial equivalent.
