- With Free shipping we choose the method of shipment. We try to ship on the east coast and to urban areas via FedEx or UPS. Otherwise we will ship via priority mail. Book order are typically shipped via media mail, which is slow but reliable and inexpensive. For orders to the west coast we sometimes ship via FedEx or UPS, but we also routinely use USPS priority mail, which can be faster.
- FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to a PO box.
- Express services are offered at additional cost.
- If it's important to you to pick which carrier we use please select the method you want. We are unable to offer free shipping in this case.
- Lightweight items (13 ounces or less) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. This is trackable and normally arrives within one to three days. Heavier items ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Delivery times range from one to five days, depending upon the distance to the destination.

- Out of Stock Items: Lots of our tools are made by small masters and supply is sometimes erratic. If we are out of stock on and item it will be marked as such on their respective product pages and in the shopping cart. If an item or items that are out of stock result in multiple packages that have a value higher than the free shipping amount, than we will simply back order the out of stock items and ship what we can. Otherwise we will either email you to tell you we are holding your order to ship complete, and possible ask permission to delete the out of stock items from your order for next time.
