Festool vacuums (dust extractors) use specific bags to ensure maximum dust collection. The disposable bags are meant to be replaced when they fill up. Festool also offers Longlife bags that are reusable.

We stock bags for all Festool vacs, including discontinued, older models.

All Festool vacuums come with HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters which free the air of over 99% of air particulate, down to .3 microns in size. Periodically you should check and replace your HEPA filters.

Wet filters, which are foam blocks should be used when you are vacuuming up wet material. We also stock non-HEPA replacement filters, which are recommended in situations such as sanding plaster where the plaster dust is so fine it would quickly clog a HEPA filter.
