A good cordless drill becomes an extension of your hand. These TXS compact cordless drills from Festool are the smallest and lightest drills Festool has ever made, weighting in at just under 2 pounds, but delivering the power you need for real work. That means less to carry, it will squeeze into more places, and the light weight is easy to hoist. An included belt hook can be switched for left or right carry, so you'll find yourself reaching for your TXS on every job.
The TXS uses a DC 10.8V 2.6 Ah motor and with a two speed transmission: 0-400 and 0-1200 RPM. This gives the TXS more than enough power for normal drilling and installations. The drill comes with two batteries, which can be charged to 80% in 20 minutes and or full in about 30 minutes.
The
basic drill comes with an MXC charger, two 2.6 Ah Lithium-Ion batteries, a precision keyless drill chuck (1/32" - 5/16"), the quick change Centrotec chuck, a PH 2 bit, BH 60 CE bit holder and belt clip. Everything comes packed in a fitted Systainer. The Drill
