Festool T18+3-E Easy Cordless Drill

Festool has introduced a more basic version of the T18 drill - the T18 Easy. The Easy is a simpler drill, not compatible with Festool’s Centrotec chuck system. But like its more complex siblings, the T18 Easy gives you the great versatility, control, runtime and service life of the entire line -- along with Festool’s 36 month warranty on the drill also is state-of-the-art: it even includes the charger and battery, so that if the batteries fail to hold a charge within the warranty period, Festool will replace them for free.

The drill’s long-lasting, energy-efficient brushless motor means less noise and greater reliability. The drill’s electronic monitoring protects the motor from overload and the advanced electronic clutch (not a mechanical clutch like most drills have) protects the motor and bearings from wear and tear. In addition, the torque is electronically controlled to produce the same torque regardless of which speed setting is used. You can switch back and forth between drill and drive modes without losing your clutch setting. The state-of-the-art lithium-ion cells used in Festool's cordless drill batteries are individually selected to exactly match one another, resulting in a balanced load and absolute optimal charge and discharge cycles. They take a full charge in less than 70 minutes. The intelligent charger is also compatible with legacy Festool NiCad and NiMH batteries. The drill has a LED that illuminates the target area when you squeeze the drill's trigger.

The T18 drill/driver comes with a 1/2" Keyless Chuck and is packed in a Systainer.

The T 18 Easy Drill Driver Plus Kit includes the T18 drill/driver with a 1/2" Keyless Chuck, 1 PoziDrive #2 Driver Bit, a belt clip, two 4.0Ah HighPower Bluetooth Batteries and 1 TCL6 Charger packed in a Systainer.
