Festool’s 5.2 Ah Lithium Ion 15V batteries work with all 15v or higher C-Series, T-series, BHC and PDC lithium-ion cordless drills, Systlite work lamps, Carvex jigsaws and older style TSC cordless track saws. (You can also use the 15V on an 18V tool but expect just a 15V performance.)

Festool batteries and chargers are covered by a 3 year warranty (the Festool warranty for tools).
